Barry Curtiss-Lusher

Non-attorney member, appointed by the Governor in 2010.  Principal and Co-Founder of Nexus Resources LLC, an oil and gas exploration and production company, and MC-L Holding LLC, which is involved in the design and manufacture of products using proprietary thermo-electric green technology. Serves as Chair of National Development and National Executive Committee member for the Anti-Defamation League and Chair of the Advisory Board of Rose Medical Center. Also has served as Chair of the Board of Colorado Public Radio and the National Advisory Board of the PeaceJam Foundation.
