Non-attorney member, appointed by the Chief Justice in 2002, reappointed in 2006. Court Administrator for the Aurora Municipal Court in Aurora, Colorado, managing all non-judicial functions for this limited jurisdictional court since 1992. Previously the Operating Section Manager for Denver County Court’s Traffic Division and Management Analyst for the Colorado Judicial Branch. Has served as President of the National Association for Court Management and as a Board Director for the National Center for State Courts.
