Scott Eric Gessler
Scott Gessler practices law at the firm Klenda, Gessler and Blue, specializing in public policy law, governmental and election law, and business start-ups.
From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Gessler was Colorado’s 37th Secretary of State, where he served as Colorado’s chief election officer and the state official responsible for new business registrations and other licensing matters. Mr. Gessler has worked as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and served as a U.S. Army Reservist.
Mr. Gessler received his undergraduate degree from Yale, law degree from University of Michigan, and MBA from Northwestern University. He currently teaches election law at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
